AT 612 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR NEAR WINONA LAKE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. PEA SIZE HAIL, WINDS UP TO 50 MPH, OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS ARE ALL POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE: COLUMBIA CITY, TRI-LAKES, LARWILL, LORANE, GOOSE LAKE, PEABODY, COLLINS, COESSE AND BLUE LAKE.

GUSTY WINDS MAY CAUSE SMALL BRANCHES TO BE BLOWN DOWN AND LOOSE OBJECTS TO BLOW AROUND. STAY AWAY FROM HIGH OBJECTS OUTDOORS SUCH AS TREES. SEEK SHELTER IN A STURDY STRUCTURE UNTIL THIS STORM HAS PASSED.

LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE: LOGANSPORT, ROYAL CENTER, IDAVILLE, BELL CENTER, BURNETTSVILLE, LAKE CICOTT, GEORGETOWN, LUCERNE, CLYMERS AND LEASES CORNER.

AT 636 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 9 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LOGANSPORT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THIS STORM IS KNOWN TO PRODUCE: PEA SIZE HAIL, WINDS UP TO 50 MPH, OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS.

INDIANA LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE: LOGANSPORT, CLYMERS, GEORGETOWN, LAKE CICOTT, ANOKA, ADAMSBORO, METEA, LEASES CORNER AND LUCERNE.

Instructions: GUSTY WINDS MAY CAUSE SMALL BRANCHES TO BE BLOWN DOWN AND LOOSE OBJECTS TO BLOW AROUND. STAY AWAY FROM HIGH OBJECTS OUTDOORS SUCH AS TREES. SEEK SHELTER IN A STURDY STRUCTURE UNTIL THIS STORM HAS PASSED.

 

UPDATE(4:36 PM): As of 16:20 hours or 4:20 PM I have received word from NWS that the Tornado Watch has been canceled for all listed(below) Indiana Counties. There is still a cold front that is right now in Illinois and if this front gather more heat from the surface that will create more severe weather that will be in front of this cold front.  Stay tuned on this page for anymore weather postings.

UPDATE(4:05 PM): As of 15:30 hours or 3:30 PM the Tornado Watch has been canceled for Cass County, Indiana.

AT 536 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 9 MILES SOUTHEAST OF BUNKER HILL OR 8 MILES NORTHEAST OF KOKOMO, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THIS STORM HAS BEEN KNOWN TO PRODUCE PEA SIZE HAIL, WINDS GREATER THAN 40 MPH, OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS.

INDIANA LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED JUST TO THESE TOWNS/CITIES: BUNKER HILL, AMBOY, SANTA FE, FLORA, PEORIA, AND RICHVALLEY.
